Vegan Chocolate Mousse
about 3 cups
A healthy vegan chocolate mousse sweetened with fruits only. Cacao powder and cacao butter are used to create a very rich dark chocolate base. The coconut cream adds the perfect amount of creaminess. The avocado in this chocolate mousse recipe adds more nutrients and healthy fats. For the sweetness only bananas are being used. The riper the bananas the sweeter it will be. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend. It’s easy to make and very tasty. Super healthy and naturally sweet dessert that is perfect for any occasion.
2 bananas, very ripe, dark spots
¼ cup coconut cream, canned*
¼ cup cacao powder
2 tbsp cacao butter, melted
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend it until smooth.
Eat immediately or chill in the fridge before enjoying it.
*How to get coconut cream:
Use a good quality canned coconut milk. Chill in the fridge for at least 12 hours. Carefully open the can. The coconut cream should be solid at the top of the can.
