Sugar Free Hazelnut Spread

Who wants to know how to make vegan sugar free nutella? Well here is your recipe. This hazelnut cacao spread is sweetened with dates only and tastes amazing. You can make this recipe ahead and keep on the counter for a while so you always have a sweet treat on hand.
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup cacao butter, melted
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- ⅓ cup dates
- 4 ½ tbsp coconut oil, melted
- Put hazelnuts in a food processor and blend until you have a smooth hazelnut butter. This can take a few minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and keep blending until everything is well incorporated.
If you find it not spreadable, you can add water 1tsp at a time and keep blending it.
