Peanut Sauce

This is a sugar free peanut sauce. Usually thai peanut sauce are sweetened with sugar, but this one is not! This peanut sauce recipe is sweetened with dates. It's delicious and nutritious. It can be used as a dipping sauce, salad dressing, for peanut noodles or over veggies and rice. Either way a great highlight for your next dinner!

Ingredients:


  • ½ cup peanut butter, sugar-free, oil-free

  • ¾ cup water, divided

  • 4 dates

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp garlic, minced

  • ½ tsp ginger, minced

Peanut Sauce

Directions:

  1. Place ½ cup of water with the rest of the ingredients in a high speed blender and mix until you have a smooth sauce. 

  2. Bring ¼ cup of water to boil in a pot. Turn of the heat. Add the peanut sauce to the pot and mix until everything is well combined. 

  3. Add more water if you like it to be more runny.
