6-8 popsicles

Delicious and very chocolaty popsicle. They taste sweet and creamy and make a great treat for kids year round. They can be stored in the freezer for a long time and pulled out any time for immediate consumption. They are very easy to make and most kids love them.

Ingredients:

1 can of coconut milk

2 ripe bananas

¼ cup cacao powder

Cacao popsicle

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.

  2. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and place the top on them.

  3. Put them in the freezer and freeze for at least 3 hours.

  4. To remove out of the mold, place on the counter for few minutes until popsicle comes out smoothly or place in a bowl with warm water.

Notes:

Almond milk or other milk alternatives can be used instead of coconut milk. They will taste a little different since the coconut milk gives the popsicle the extra creaminess.
