Almond Butter Sauce
Creamy vegan almond butter sauce which is easy to make. Perfect for the nights when you need to have dinner on the table in a hurry. Whip up this sauce, cook some noodles, toss it together and top with fresh herbs. 15 minutes later - voila, there is your dinner.
- ½ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup water, boiling
- ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (gluten free)
- 4 dates
- 1 garlic
- Add all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until well combined.
Add cooked spaghetti noodles to the sauce and toss until well combined. Top with fresh cilantro and you have yourself a quick, nutritious and tasty dinner.
